Planetary screws are professionally used in

It uses high-quality powdered alloy steel - ASP60, ASP30, ASP25, etc. from the Swiss ASSAB Company. Through the overall vacuum quenching and secondary tempering process, it is particularly suitable for the processing requirements of high-wear and high-corrosion products.
It adopts high-quality high-speed tool steel from Japan's Fujikoshi Company: SKH51, SKH55, SKH59, etc., which is especially suitable for high-wear products. Planetary roller extruder consists of central spindle, planetary shaft, rolling barrel, shell, heating and cooling and nozzle. The structure adopts a modular system and has good flexibility. The contact area is five times that of previous single-axis and two-axis extruders, and the cross-sectional shape is conducive to high dispersion and uniformity of molten material, so high-quality products can be obtained.
The products are mainly used for heat-sensitive materials, and provide discharging for hard and soft PVC calenders. It can also be used to extrude ABS, TPO, TPU and mixtures filled with polyethylene smoke and adhesives. It has already achieved results in the powder coating industry. The chemical and food industries are also expanding their applications. It has the characteristics of good plasticizing quality, good self-cleaning performance, high output and long service life.
